Realizing that we have not
fulfilled the requirements of our role until we deliver data and
reports, we place a emphasis on perfecting this process. Our flexible
reporting, data processing, and transmission capabilities ensure timely
and accurate delivery of information and the success of your program.
Detailed reports are generated daily on the results of the previous
day’s campaign, and are posted or uploaded on an agreed upon schedule.
We can make data files
available to you. The data can be in an ordinary computer file with the
current date as part of the file name. The file can be made in one of
three popular, MS-DOS, Database formats: DBF(dbase3) QCD (known as Quote
Comma Delimited or Comma Separated Values), or SDF (System Data Format
or fixed ASCII). You specify the format during account set-up. Use your
PC to call our 24 hour client host computer and get your data daily or
weekly. With your PC and many of today's mainstream, software packages
you can print orders, make invoices, generate labels or get reports as
you need.
We will count your data
and provide special breakdowns state, area code, hour, product,
marketing channel or other criteria defined by your account set-up. We
can also provide dollar amount breakdowns in the same way. Reports can
be generated daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Your reports are
available to you via our 24 hour client host computer or we can fax the
reports to where you have directed per account set-up. A useful
combination is for the orders to be retrieved by the fulfillment house
and the reports to be faxed to the management office.
We can deliver data and
reports on diskette, via email, or post them to our secure FTP site. We
can also deliver data in a variety of formats including Excel
spreadsheet and Mail Order Manager import format to name a few. If you
need to import data in a specific format, we can custom program our
system to create a file in the format you require.
